How our 2 hour Auto Jumble 'Swap Shop' will work

Got old parts that you want to sell?

Don't want to give up your show weekend stood on a stall?

Simply bring your parts to Dub Odyssey & join our Free 2 hour 'Swap Shop' on Saturday.

Bring a tarp or something to put your bits on.

We will help you sell or swap your old bits!

We've never attempted this before, it could go pear shaped, but it will be fun.

You never know what rare old bits people will find in their sheds & garages.

RIP Cheggers!

What about tickets?

Tickets can be purchased from the Dub Odyssey website ticket page. We are still keeping the prices as low as possible, but in line to support the costs of the show. We pride ourselves on making Dub Odyssey great value for everyone.

Important Safety Information

Child safety

You are responsible for your children's safety. Please be aware there is a river on site.

Write your mobile phone number on your children's wrist bands.

Lost children should head to the first aid point.

Some people take photos of their children just before attending events, it could help if they happen to get lost.

Fire & Emergencies

The ground is very dry so no fire pits.

If you want to have a BBQ we suggest you bring a bucket to fill with water and have on standby. BBQ's must be 12" off the ground.

Fire lanes: do not park or pitch tents in the fire lanes, you will be removed, bring shame on your group and banned!

In the event of a fire or a serious incident you will hear a loud alarm bell. You will be directed to one of the assembly points.

Any vehicle on the entrance road, should pull in to the caravan storage area by the Farm House.

Any vehicle on internal 'roads' should pull onto the grass so the 'roads' are clear for emergency vehicles.

No smoking in the marquee. There will be a smoking area near by.

Don't put cigarettes out on the ground anywhere, it is very dry. Bring a portable ashtray or use a can.

Licensed Security staff will be patrolling the site 24 hours day.

If you see anything suspicious please report it to security or event crew.

Unfortunately thieves have been known to target shows.

The show organisers & site owners take no responsibility for loss or theft of your equipment.

Lock up any valuable items such as generators.

Vehicle searches may be used to prevent theft.

The new owner of Hooton Lodge owns the surrounding woods & takes security very seriously.

We want people to enjoy the show and have fun. Don't let any friends behave foolishly.

The security team will be firm but fair.

No refunds will be given if you are ejected from the site and you will be banned from future events.
